These are the companion birds to the Tanager in the last post. They are incredibly pretty! I was able to get some handwork done while they stitched and I'll show that this weekend.

Question: I have this vague idea I would like to do some monogrammed CQ styled pieces for AAQI. Do people still enjoy monogrammed items? What letters do you think would be the most popular? I would love to know what you think.

Monograms are cool, you may remember a block I did way back when.... Carole Samples had sent me my monogram in pattern when I ordered her templates and I used them on this

I'm no help with the monograms question but have to say how much I like these two birds! I don't suppose you are doing a chickadee too??

ReplyDeleteI think monograms are still popular, but I think it's more for cards or towels. But then, I live in the bush, so what do I know? lol
